Short version: not us. This site is a catalogue. When you press the button on a frame, you land on our retail partner’s listing, and everything after that point is theirs, including the delivery estimate, the carrier and the tracking.

What their page will tell you that this one cannot

• The delivery window for your postcode, calculated at checkout rather than guessed here.
• Whether that particular frame is in stock today.
• The carrier and the tracking link once it moves.
• Any delivery charge, and any threshold that might remove it.

What is worth knowing before the box arrives

Racks travel flat and they travel heavy for their size. A wire shelving bay is four posts and a stack of decks, so the carton is long rather than bulky and one person can usually walk it in. A covered frame comes as tube, connectors and folded fabric in one box. Nothing arrives assembled, which is why nothing arrives bent.

Open the carton where you plan to build the frame. It is far easier to carry a rack in as parts than to carry it through a doorway once the uprights are up, and on the taller frames that doorway is the part people forget to measure.

If a box turns up damaged, photograph it before you open it and raise it with the retail partner who delivered it. They can replace it. We can only sympathise.
