Using this site

This site is published by Raybee as a catalogue of the frames we make. Reading it, measuring from it and quoting it are all fine. Copying the pages wholesale is not.

What we promise about the information

The loads, widths, heights and depths on these pages come from the specification of each frame and are checked when the page is built. They describe the frame as designed, with the weight spread across the span, which is not the same as the load a frame will take hanging off one corner. Treat published figures as the ceiling for sensible use, not as a target.

Prices and availability are copied from our retail partner’s listings and go out of date between refreshes. The figure on their page is the one that counts.

What we do not promise

That every frame suits every room. Fixing a rack to a wall, loading a shelf above head height, or putting a rated frame in a workshop are decisions only you can make with the floor in front of you. Check the surface is level and the load is spread before you fill a frame.

Buying

No sale is concluded on this site. The buttons open a listing held by our retail partner, and the contract for anything you buy is between you and them, under their terms. Payment, delivery and returns are entirely theirs.

Content

Text, layout and the photographs of our own frames belong to Raybee. Brand names other than ours belong to whoever owns them and appear here only where naming them is unavoidable.

Changes

The catalogue is rebuilt as frames come and go, and these terms can change with it. The version on this page is the current one.
