What you are getting

We formed these uprights from layered steel and ribbed the underside of each shelf deck for stiffness under dead weight. Grooves along the vertical posts let you set the wire decks and hanging area at heights that match your bins. The black powder finish wipes clean when tools leave grease behind.

  • Rated to 2000 lbs spread across the frame, which is a full season of coats and denim with room to spare.
  • Stands 56.9" tall and takes up 40" of wall, 19.1" deep. Measure the gap before you order.
  • 4 tiers for folded stacks, boxes and the shoes that never fit anywhere else.

Assembly: pins and connectors in the box, floor assembly, no drill.

Why it is built this way

Ribbed steel decks

The underside of each wire shelf carries welded support ribs to handle heavy storage totes and hardware bins. You set each deck on the post grooves where you need clearance, without nuts or bolts.

Split post design

The upright posts connect with interlocking joints that let you run the unit as a tall shelving column or break it down into low workbenches side by side. Extra post caps keep bare metal off your shop floor.

Hanging and flat storage

Wire decks take flat boxes while open sections give you clearance for hanging garments, cords, or shop gear. Air moves freely through the wire mesh to keep stored items dry in a basement or outbuilding.

Tool free assembly

The frame slots together using keyed joints that seat down into the corner posts. We include a mallet in the carton so you can seat each beam firmly without hunting through your toolbox for hardware.

Three things people ask first

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 2000 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 40" of wall and 19.1" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 56.9" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
