What you are getting

We build this frame from thick upright posts and wire decks with underside ribs running the full span. The collars seat into the grooved posts without bolts or loose hardware, so you can set shelf heights around your plastic totes and tool cases. It stands tall against a basement wall or splits down into lower workbenches.

Stands 57" tall and takes up 40" of wall, 19" deep. Measure the gap before you order.

Assembly: pins and connectors in the box, floor assembly, no drill. Shipping weight 40 lbs.

Why it is built this way

Grooved upright posts

The corner posts are pressed with regular grooves along their length. Split sleeves snap around the post at any chosen mark, and the shelf collar drops over them to wedge tight as weight settles onto the tier.

Underdeck support ribs

Steel wire spans can sag under concentrated loads without reinforcement. We weld stiffening ribs beneath each wire deck to brace the center where heavy containers, battery boxes, and hardware bins sit.

Boltless frame assembly

The uprights and shelf collars interlock using fitted joints instead of nuts and bolts. You tap the corners into place with a mallet, keeping the uprights square while locking each tier at the height you need.

Black finish and caps

A black powder coat covers the posts, ribs, and wire decks to seal the steel on damp concrete floors. Plastic feet press onto the base posts, protecting painted garage slabs from bare metal edges.
