Why it is built this way

Welded support ribs

Underneath each wire deck, welded steel ribs span the frame. These cross members stiffen the tier surface directly so metal bins and toolboxes settle across the wire without sagging the middle.

Grooved post clips

The upright posts have evenly spaced grooves along their length. Split sleeves seat into those channels, and the shelf corners drop over them, wedging tighter as you add heavier gear.

Split frame setup

The uprights disconnect so you can set the unit up as one tall rack or split it into side-by-side workbenches. Extra post caps cap the exposed ends and rest flat on bare concrete.

Boltless beam assembly

Beams press directly into post slots without threaded fasteners. You tap the parts into place with the supplied mallet, adjusting tier heights whenever your storage tubs or taller equipment require extra room.

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 2000 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 40" of wall and 19" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 57" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
