What you are getting

We build this open clothes rack from thick steel tubing coated in smooth white powder. The hanging rods sit at different heights, which leaves clear drop for longer coats on one bar and shirts on the other. Down below, the wide wire mesh shelf ties the base together and keeps storage bins or boots off bare floorboards.

Stands 69" tall and takes up 52" of wall, 20" deep. Measure the gap before you order.
2 hanging rods, so short and long garments each get their own line.

Why it is built this way

Offset hanging rods

Long coats and dresses hang from the higher rail without dragging across the bottom tier. The lower rail sits forward for shirts and folded pants, keeping the layers separated so hangers slide freely across the smooth white tube.

Mesh bottom base

The wide wire mesh shelf spans the lower frame, acting as a structural brace between the uprights. It carries storage boxes, laundry baskets, or work boots off the floor, weighting the base down low when you move the rack.

Braked caster wheels

Solid swivel casters thread directly into the base tubing for moving heavy loads between a bedroom and the laundry area. Step down on the foot brakes to hold the rack still while you hang laundry or sort coats.

Simple tube assembly

The steel components slide and lock together without tools, using fitted joints that seat tight into the uprights. You can set the frame up right where you plan to load it, from a rented flat to a market stall.
