What you are getting

We built this unit around slotted steel posts and stiff wire decks supported by underside ribbing. The white powder coat gives the metal a clean finish suited for utility rooms or a basement workshop. You adjust each deck height by clipping it into the grooves along the uprights.

  • Rated to 2000 lbs spread across the frame, which is a full season of coats and denim with room to spare.
  • Stands 72" tall and takes up 31.8" of wall, 16.4" deep. Measure the gap before you order.

Assembly: pins and connectors in the box, floor assembly, no drill.

Why it is built this way

Grooved upright posts

The posts feature continuous slots so you can place tiers at heights matching your tallest totes or power tools. You can also split the posts to build side-by-side workbenches instead of a tall upright frame.

Ribbed deck support

Each metal shelf carries stiffening ribs welded underneath the wire platform. This bracing distributes heavy weight across the span, keeping the tiers steady under stacks of hardware, paint cans, and bulky shop equipment.

White powder coat

We apply a tough white finish over the steel parts to help resist moisture in a garage or basement. The smooth coating wipes down with a damp cloth when workshop dust or grease settles on the wire decks.

Boltless wedge assembly

The frame slots together without nuts, bolts, or small hardware. Sleeves snap directly onto the corner columns, and the shelf collars drop over them to wedge firmly in place as weight settles on the frame.

Three things people ask first

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 2000 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 31.8" of wall and 16.4" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 72" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
