What you are getting

We formed these upright posts with evenly spaced grooves so you can seat each wire deck right where your bins demand. Thick under-shelf ribs brace the steel across the full span. The white powder coat wipes clean easily, whether you set the unit in a damp basement or across a workshop wall.

Why it is built this way

Grooved upright posts

The posts feature pressed grooves along their full height. You snap the shelf collars into place at your chosen levels, moving them up or down as your storage tubs change.

Ribbed wire shelves

Each steel deck is reinforced underneath with welded ribs. That extra bracing supports heavy totes and bulk hardware across the wide wire span without sagging under load.

White protective coat

We apply a smooth white finish over the welded steel to shield the frame from moisture. It brightens dim utility corners and cleans up with a damp cloth after greasy jobs.

Boltless wedge assembly

The frame locks together without nuts or bolts. Tapping the shelf corners down over the post sleeves with the included mallet wedges the whole structure tight.

The frame is rated to 2010 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.
