What you are getting

We formed this frame from heavy steel tubing finished in a black powder coat that resists moisture and wipes down clean. Wire shelving ties the bottom together, while side supports stiffen the uprights under heavy coats. You get open storage for long garments, folded bins, and shoes on a rolling base.

Why it is built this way

Black coated steel

We powder coat the tubular uprights in matte black to seal the metal against indoor damp. The finish holds up to sliding hangers, damp laundry, and repeated wipedowns with a cloth.

Adjustable hanging rods

Both hanging rods adjust up and down the uprights to match what you hang. Set one high for full length winter overcoats and drop another down for shirts, jackets, or folded trousers.

Casters with brakes

The wheels roll across hardwood or tile and swivel in all directions. Step down on the caster brakes when you want the rack to stay put beside a doorway or against a bedroom wall.

Shelves and side hooks

Wire shelves at the base and top brace the frame while holding shoes, folded quilts, or storage crates. Welded side hooks take care of hats, bags, and scarves right off the uprights.
