What you are getting
We build this frame from steel posts and wire decking finished in a flat white powder coat. You can set the sections straight along a bedroom wall or turn them into an L for an open corner. The rods and shelves mount where you need them.
- Rated to 1100 lbs spread across the frame, which is a full season of coats and denim with room to spare.
- Stands 77" tall and takes up 75" of wall, 17.8" deep. Measure the gap before you order.
- 5 hanging rods, so short and long garments each get their own line.
- 8 shelves for folded stacks, boxes and the shoes that never fit anywhere else.
Assembly: pins and connectors in the box, floor assembly, no drill. Shipping weight 45 lbs.
Why it is built this way
Slip sleeve locks
Plastic sleeves snap around the grooved posts at your chosen height. The shelf collars slide down over them and wedge firm under their own weight. You set each tier without bolts, wrenches, or threaded hardware.
Corner and straight runs
The sections can be linked in a straight run across an open wall or joined at a right angle to turn an empty corner. You can also separate the parts to stand in different spots around the room.
Steel rods and wire decks
The hanging rods suspend from the shelf framework to take full loads of coats and shirts. Below and above the hanging spans, the wire decks let air move freely around bins, folded knits, and shoes.
White powder coating
The white finish covers the uprights, the wire grids, and the hanging bars uniformly. It wipes clean with a damp rag and resists scuffs from hangers sliding along the rail day after day.
Three things people ask first
How much can it actually hold?
The frame is rated to 1100 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.
Will it fit where I want to put it?
It needs 75" of wall and 17.8" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 77" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.
How long does it take to put together?
Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
