What you are getting

Steel uprights carry both hanging clothes and folded stacks on the wire shelves, while fabric bins slide into the lower section. We coat the metal in a matte black finish. The unit stands on its own feet without drilling into the drywall behind it.

  • Rated to 900 lbs spread across the frame, which is a winter wardrobe of coats and heavy knits.
  • Stands 76.8" tall and takes up 74.8" of wall, 17.7" deep. Measure the gap before you order.
  • 5 hanging rods, so short and long garments each get their own line.
  • 8 shelves for folded stacks, boxes and the shoes that never fit anywhere else.

Assembly: pins and connectors in the box, floor assembly, no drill.

Why it is built this way

Upright grooved posts

Hanging rods and wire tiers clamp directly onto the vertical posts. You set the shelf spacing where your folded sweaters and storage bins need it, then snap the plastic sleeves into place.

Divided hanging zones

Long coats hang on one side while shirts sit above the fabric drawers on the other. Dividing the vertical run this way keeps hems off the lower wire platforms and leaves floor clearance underneath.

Matte black finish

The powder coat covers every welded seam and post edge in uniform black. It resists scuffs from sliding metal hangers and matches dark bedroom furniture or open dressing areas.

Tool free frame assembly

The steel sections press together by hand. Tapered split sleeves lock each tier around the grooved uprights as weight comes down on the shelves, holding the whole closet together without bolts.

Three things people ask first

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 900 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 74.8" of wall and 17.7" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 76.8" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
