Delivery notes
Our frames are sold through an online store, which packs, ships and tracks every order. Here is what to expect when the box arrives.

| How big is the box? | Long and flat: tubes are packed in sections no longer than a broom handle. |
| How many boxes? | Most frames come in one. Multi-packs of shelving may arrive in several. |
On arrival
Open the box near where the frame will stand, lay the parts out on a blanket and count them against the list in the manual before you start. If anything is missing, tell us the part letter.
