What you are getting

We build this frame with steel tubing that extends outward when you need extra hanging run. The middle rod shifts up or down to clear floor-length coats or shorter shirts, while the base shelf ties the uprights together across the bottom. Roll it into position and step on the caster brakes to keep it there.

Why it is built this way

Telescoping upper rod

Pull the top rod out to make room for broad coats, bags, or extra hangers. The inner tubing slides through the main bar and tightens down without extra hardware.

Adjustable hanging height

Move the middle bar up or down along the uprights to match your hemline. Long gowns hang clear from the top while shirts fill the lower tier.

Bottom steel shelf

Parallel steel tubes span the base to hold storage bins, boxes, or heavy work boots. Connecting the uprights down low also squares the whole frame under load.

Swivel casters and brakes

All wheels rotate fully for steering down narrow hallways or around shop displays. Push the foot lever down on the braking wheels to plant the rack on bare floor or carpet.

The frame is rated to 450 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 69" of wall and 17.7" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 72" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?
