What you are getting

We built this steel frame with an adjustable rod and a fitted Oxford cover to keep stored clothes out of light and dust. The casters roll over floorboards and rugs, while rear bracing keeps the loaded uprights square. Use it in a bedroom with no closet or roll it into the laundry.

  • Rated to 308 lbs spread across the frame, which is everyday shirts, dresses and light jackets.
  • Stands 80.3" tall and takes up 35.4" of wall, 15.8" deep. Measure the gap before you order.
  • Zipped dust cover over the whole frame, so nothing collects gray.
  • Rolls on locking casters. Brake them and it stays where you left it.

Why it is built this way

Steel tube and bracing

Thickened metal posts bolt together through predrilled holes, backed by a rear cross brace that stiffens the frame under hanging coats. The black coating wipes clean and handles damp basement or laundry room air.

Adjustable hanging rod

The middle bar shifts between mounting holes on the uprights so long hems hang free above the lower tiers. Shelves across the bottom hold storage bins and heavy footwear.

Fitted Oxford cover

Dense fabric wraps the frame on all sides to block light and stray dirt. Full front zips roll back for clear access, while side pockets hold small accessories.

Casters and levelers

Swivel casters with foot brakes roll over hardwood, tile, and low carpet without marking the floor. We also supply screw-in leveling feet if you prefer a static stand on uneven boards.
