What you are getting

Wide spans across grooved uprights give heavy boxes and hardware a level resting place. We coat the steel frame in a clean black finish that handles damp concrete floors and cold corners. The decks adjust up and down the frame as your storage needs shift.

  • Rated to 1600 lbs spread across the frame, which is a full season of coats and denim with room to spare.
  • Stands 56.9" tall and takes up 40" of wall, 19.1" deep. Measure the gap before you order.

Assembly: pins and connectors in the box, floor assembly, no drill.

Why it is built this way

Double column steel posts

Uprights use folded steel channels that stiffen each corner of the frame. The grooved slots accept shelf collars directly, locking the span in place without loose bolts or separate bracing.

Positioning the wire decks

Each wire deck slides over the upright collars and seats down under load. You can set the tiers close together for hand tools or leave tall gaps for stacked plastic storage totes.

Bolt free frame lock

Joints seat with a light mallet tap rather than threaded hardware. The interlocking posts also split down into workbench height units if you want flat working surfaces along a basement wall instead.

Coated black finish

We coat the wire decks and upright columns in a textured black layer. It cleans down with a dry rag and stands up to dusty concrete, fluid bottles, and rough crates.

Three things people ask first

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 1600 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 40" of wall and 19.1" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 56.9" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
