What you are getting
Grooved upright posts let you seat the wire tiers where your bins need them. We include a hanging rod alongside the wide shelves so work coats and extension cords have an open run of their own. It stands on rough garage concrete or a dry basement floor without bolts.

Why it is built this way
Grooved upright posts
The corner steel posts carry pressed grooves the whole way up. Split sleeves seat into those rings, and the shelf corners slide down over them to lock the frame together under load.
Hanging rod section
Alongside the flat steel tiers, a hanging rod fits right between the uprights. It keeps heavy jackets, tool belts, and coiled cords off the deck and leaves the wide spans open underneath.
Under shelf bracing
Welded ribs run across the underside of the wide steel decks. They keep the wire from sagging under dense plastic totes, heavy metal hardware, and odd workshop equipment.
Tool free interlocking assembly
The whole unit taps together without nuts or wrench work. We pack a mallet in the box so you can seat the collar joints firmly into place without scouring the garage for tools.
