What you are getting

We build this frame from steel tubing finished in black powder coat and enclose it in a fabric cover. The front unzips when you need to pull an outfit, and closes shut to keep garments out of direct light and room dust. Slip-sleeve clips hold the shelves and hanging rods right where you want them.

  • Rated to 1150 lbs spread across the frame, which is a full season of coats and denim with room to spare.
  • Stands 77" tall and takes up 76" of wall, 18" deep. Measure the gap before you order.
  • Zipped dust cover over the whole frame, so nothing collects gray.

Steel tube frame

The black coated steel posts provide the main structure. Bottom wire shelves stiffen the uprights so the frame remains square once coats and folded knitwear fill the tiers.

Full fabric enclosure

A dense fabric cover wraps around the entire perimeter with a front door that rolls up or zips shut. Side pockets hold small extras, while the fabric keeps household dust off seasonal garments.

Adjustable shelf clips

Plastic sleeves snap into the grooves along each post. You set the shelf and hanging bar heights to suit long winter coats, short shirts, or stacked storage boxes without using tools.

Tool free setup

Each tier slides down over the tapered locking clips to seat itself firmly on the uprights. You press the joints together by hand, slip the cover over the top, and load the rack.

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 1150 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 76" of wall and 18" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 77" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing.
