What you are getting
Chrome plated steel gives this rack a bright, hard surface that resists daily scuffs from hangers. The uprights extend upward and the upper hanging bar pulls out sideways when extra length is required. Down below, parallel base bars carry storage boxes and keep the lower uprights tied together.

The frame is rated to 450 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.
Will it fit where I want to put it?
