What you are getting

We build this garment rack with heavy-gauge alloy steel tubing finished in a warm gold coat. The top bar pulls outward to expand your hanging run, while the uprights adjust upward for long coats and dresses. A welded bottom shelf and side pegs complete the setup.

Why it is built this way

Telescoping hanging rod

The top bar extends outward at the ends when you need extra hanging space for long garments and seasonal coats. You set the width to suit the wall you have, then lock the uprights at the height you need.

Base shelf and hooks

A low wire shelf spans the bottom rails to hold storage boxes, folded denim, or boots while tying the uprights together. Outrigger pegs on the uprights take bags, hats, and belts so smaller gear stays off the floor.

Gold coated steel

We apply a smooth gold finish over heavy-gauge alloy steel tubing. The surface handles hangers sliding back and forth without catching, giving an open rack a clean look suited for a bedroom corner or an entryway.

Casters with brakes

Swiveling wheels let you roll a full rack out of the corner to air clothes or sort laundry. Step on the brake levers to plant the base firmly in place so it stays put when you pull hangers down.

How much can it actually hold?

The frame is rated to 450 lbs with the weight spread along the rail. That is a tested figure for the whole frame, not a guess, and it assumes the load sits across the span rather than hanging off one end.

Will it fit where I want to put it?

It needs 75" of wall and 19.7" of floor coming out from it, and it stands 67" tall. Chalk those three numbers on the floor before you order, and leave a hand-width to get behind it.

How long does it take to put together?

Most of our frames go together with the pins and connectors in the box, on the floor, in well under an hour. No drill and no wall fixing; the casters push into the feet last.
