What you are getting
We built this open garment rack from heavy steel tube finished in black. The upper hanging sections extend outward when you need extra room for coats, while the bottom shelf braces the uprights and holds storage boxes. It rolls on rubber casters that lock in place.

Why it is built this way
Telescoping hanging rods
The horizontal rods pull out to widen your hanging span. Spring pins lock each extension firmly inside the main steel tube, giving you room for full seasonal rotations without adding a separate frame.
Reinforced base shelf
The lower shelf connects the bottom uprights to stiffen the whole build. It keeps the frame square under load and gives you a flat surface for storage bins, shoes, or heavy luggage off the floor.
Rubber locking casters
Swivel casters roll smoothly across hard floors and low pile carpet. Step down on the wheel brakes when you park the rack in a bedroom corner or along a laundry room wall to keep it stationary.
Tool free assembly
The frame parts push together with spring button locks that click directly into place. You can build the whole rack by hand without turning a single bolt or searching for a wrench.
